What makes Mario’s unique?
Mario’s offers a chef-led dining experience with no printed menu. Each evening, our chef
creates a personalized tasting menu inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients and your
individual preferences. Every visit is unique, thoughtful, and curated just for you.
In addition to our tasting experiences, we also offer a Tapas Menu available without reservation.
Guests may enjoy tapas in our garden or at the bar, perfectly paired with handcrafted cocktails,
mocktails, or wines by the glass or bottle.
Is there really no menu? How do I know what I’ll be
eating?
Yes — there is no traditional menu for our tasting experience.
To ensure a seamless evening, we require online booking so the chef can prepare in advance
for your dietary restrictions, allergies, and aversions. Upon arrival, we reconfirm your
preferences. Your personalized multi-course tasting menu has already been thoughtfully curated
and is presented course by course as a surprise.
For a more casual option, our Tapas Menu is available without reservation and offers the
flexibility to order at your leisure.
How many courses is the tasting menu?
Our dining experiences range from 3 to 5 courses, depending on what you select.

Do you offer wine pairings?
Absolutely.
Our sommelier offers optional wine pairings thoughtfully selected to complement each course.
Wine may also be ordered by the glass or bottle. Pairings do not require prepayment and may
be added during your visit.
We also offer an extensive cocktail and mocktail program, making our bar and garden the
perfect setting for drinks alongside tapas.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — with advance notice.
Because our chef crafts the menu daily based on reservations, it is essential that dietary
restrictions and allergies are communicated during booking. Without advance notice, we may
not be able to accommodate certain allergies, as ingredients are purchased specifically for
confirmed reservations.

What is the Steak Experience?
Our Steak Experience includes:
● First course
● Second course
● Main course: your choice of tenderloin, ribeye, or New York strip, cooked to your
preference
● Chef’s selection of sides and sauces
● Dessert
This experience replaces the pasta course with a more generous steak portion.
How long does the experience take?
Most dinners last between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the number of courses and whether
wine pairings or aperitifs are enjoyed.
Guests joining us for tapas and drinks may enjoy a more relaxed, flexible experience at their
own pace.
If you are on a time schedule, please inform us upon arrival and we will gladly accommodate
your pacing.
What is the dress code?
Smart casual.
We maintain an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. Beachwear, tank tops, and flip-flops are not
permitted in the main dining room. Garden and bar seating for tapas is slightly more relaxed,
though refined attire is still appreciated.
Is outdoor seating available?
Yes.
Our beautiful garden seating area is available for our Tapas Menu and drinks, with no
reservation required. It is ideal for aperitifs, romantic evenings, and small celebrations.
Can I choose the Steak Experience when booking?
Yes.
When booking the $100 experience, you may inform us upon arrival whether you prefer the
Five-Course Tasting Menu or the Steak Experience.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome walk-ins for our Tapas Menu and bar seating.
For our tasting experiences, walk-ins are accepted when availability permits, though
reservations are strongly recommended — especially on weekends and holidays.
Do you host private events or group dinners?
Yes.
Mario’s has proudly won Gold for Special Occasion Restaurant and is the perfect setting for
private dinners, celebrations, and corporate gatherings. Simply relax and allow our chef and
team to create an unforgettable experience.
