Meet Lindsay, our Canadian bartender from the charming town of Glen Williams, just outside of Toronto. You may recognize her from the Tasting Room, where she's worked alongside Mario for two years. Lindsay is thrilled to be part of our restaurant's opening, bringing her passion and ensuring every customer feels happy and welcome (maybe it’s the Canadian in her!).
