Our talented Canadian bartender hails from the charming town of Glen Williams, just outside Toronto. You may already recognize her from The Tasting Room, where she’s spent the past two years working alongside Mario.

Now part of our restaurant family, Lindsay brings her passion for mixology and her naturally warm, welcoming spirit (perhaps it’s the Canadian in her!). She’s dedicated to ensuring every guest feels at home—from the first smile to the final sip.
